Exceeded my expectations

I was very satisfied with the guitar. It was what I was expecting for the price level. Shipping box and protection was great. A pretty color and finish, matched the pictures. A functional electric 12 string to add to the Rix Pix Axe Barn. I'm going to get it professionally setup up and dialed in here locally, but it DID play nicely out of the box.

This guitar looks beautiful and plays exceptionally well. There was buzzing on some of the frets which needed adjusting. Other than that small detail, it’s a great guitar!

The only negative thing I have to say is that I felt mislead about the shipping time on the item. It was labeled as fast shipping, tariif-free, etc. That information led me to believe that the item I was purchasing was already available in a US facility, and would be shipped within a reasonable amount of time. I did reach out, and was informed that the item would take longer than I expected. I wasn't thrilled at that news, but it wasn't the end of the world. It arrived pretty close to when they told me I could expect it. As for the guitar itself, it's pretty damn awesome honestly. It plays like butter for a 12 string. Stays in tune pretty well once the strings are broken in. Looks fantastic! Sounds pretty great both plugged in and acoustic. All in all, I'd buy it again! And if you're looking for a pretty nice 12 at a reasonable price, I'd suggest you order one too

There was a short delay in shipping due to your New Year celebration and the war in Iran, but it was worth the wait. It arrived in perfect condition, and is as beautiful as your advertisement. My guitarist came over to pick it up today and was very impressed with the action and build quality. I'm having the frets dressed and new strings put on and then into the recording studio is goes. Thanks for a great product. I will be sharing with my customers. Expect more orders from Minnesota.

I was very pleased with the guitar. It sounds great. Looks great construction seems to be very good quality.

It took awhile to get to me but when it did get here I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and sound, the only thing I'm not impressed with is the tuners two of them slip as I'm tuning and it takes awhile to tune because of that. I have ordered new tuners and I believe that will correct the problem. Overall I am very pleased with the guitar.

The guitar is surprisingly nice. Good hardware, controls, excellent finish.
My big comp is that the guitar in the ad has much more color contrast and gain. The one I received is very dark, very little contrast. Be aware that your guitar might also look different than what you were expecting.

The guitar is great, beautiful, sounds good. Gotta get used to playing 12 strings.
Shipping was a long time, never sent a tracking number. After 6 weeks I emailed and asked where it was. Was told it was unloading in New York that day. Still no tracking number. I got notified the day it was out for delivery.

Beautiful looking and amazing quality doe the price.
Needed a little adjustment to overcome fret buzz and took a little time to settle down and stay in tune.
Will be using it tonight at a gig for the first time.

Got mine today. A quick neck adjustment and tuning and it sounds great. Have my eyes on some kits. Thanks, and keep it going.
