General Mandatory Sponsorship Terms

1. Content Delivery Obligation: For every sponsored product you receive, you must create and deliver 2 professional, original videos focused on the product and its use.
2. Minimum Video Length: Each video must have a minimum runtime of 15 minutes.
3. Required Brand Attribution: Every video must include clear Pango Music brand attribution in one of the following formats:
   • Our official logo and website URL (www.guitarkit.shop) displayed prominently at the opening of the video; OR
   • A clear verbal statement at the start of the video confirming the product is sponsored by Pango Music, with our website www.guitarkit.shop explicitly mentioned.
   
   
4. Product Return Policy: If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from creating and delivering the required videos after receiving the sponsored product, you must return the product to us promptly. Unauthorized retention, resale, or disposal of our sponsored products is strictly prohibited.
5. Content Usage Rights: We reserve the right to upload your submitted unedited video content to our official Pango Music social media channels (including TikTok, Facebook and YouTube). We will not edit, alter, or repurpose your content in any way beyond basic platform formatting, and full creator credit will be provided in all posts.

Track 1: Creator & Brand Partnership Application

Who This Track Is For

Eligibility Requirements

• You must own and operate at least one active social media account (YouTube, TikTok or Facebook required) with consistent, relevant content posted within the last 6 months. Inactive accounts will not be considered.
• You must have verified experience with string instruments (performance, building, reviewing, or education) aligned with our product range.

Required Application Information

2. Brand/Company Name (Optional, only for applicants applying as a registered business or formal brand)

4. Active Phone Number (Mandatory)
5. Primary Contact Email Address (Mandatory)
6. Full Physical Shipping Address (Mandatory, PO Box addresses are not accepted)
7. Links to your active social media accounts (Mandatory, YouTube, TikTok or Facebook required; Instagram and additional platforms are optional)
8. Do you have prior experience building finished instruments from DIY kits (electric guitar, bass, acoustic guitar, classical guitar, mandolin, or other string instrument kits)? Please share examples of your completed work.
9. Are you proficient in playing string instruments? Please specify your specialized instruments (electric guitar, acoustic guitar, classical guitar, bass, or other string instruments).
10. Are you experienced in video filming and editing? (Note: No professional editing experience is required. You may submit the raw unedited footage you filmed directly to us.)
    
11. Detailed video plan for your 2 required videos: including core video themes/topics, production timeline, and estimated completion date for both videos (you must notify us in advance of any changes to your delivery timeline or video themes after receiving the sponsored product)
12. Do you accept returned products, B-stock units, or unsellable kits that are fully functional and repairable?

Track 2: Education & Nonprofit Grant Application

Who This Track Is For

Eligibility Requirements

• You must represent an accredited educational institution, registered nonprofit organization, or official school-approved student program.
• Your program must have a clear educational mission aligned with our brand values of accessible, hands-on learning through instrument building and music.
• You must provide verifiable proof of your affiliation with the listed school or organization.

Required Application Information

1. Full Legal Name of Primary Contact/Program Lead (Mandatory)
2. Official School, Nonprofit Organization, or Program Name (Mandatory)
3. Official School/Organization Website (Mandatory)
4. Active Phone Number for the Primary Contact (Mandatory)
5. Primary Contact Email Address (Mandatory)
6. Full Physical Institutional Address (Mandatory, PO Box addresses are not accepted)
7. Links to your program's social media accounts, official school program page, or related content (Mandatory, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or a dedicated school website page required; inactive accounts/profiles will not be considered)
8. Details of your program's prior experience with instrument building (including DIY kit assembly) or hands-on music/science education using string instruments. Please share examples of past student work or program outcomes.
9. Details of your program's ability to film and edit video content (Note: No video editing experience or capability is required. You may send the raw unedited footage you filmed directly to us.)
   
10. Detailed video plan for your 2 required videos: including core video themes/topics (focused on your program's educational work, student build process, or learning outcomes), production timeline, and estimated completion date for both videos (you must notify us in advance of any changes to your delivery timeline or video themes after receiving the donated products)
11. Do you accept returned products, B-stock units, or unsellable kits that are fully functional and repairable for educational use?

Application Review Process

1. All complete applications with all mandatory information filled will be reviewed by the Pango Music sponsorship team within 7-10 business days of submission.
2. We will contact approved applicants via the email address provided in your application to confirm next steps, shipping details, and final partnership terms.
3. Incomplete applications missing mandatory required information will not be reviewed. If you do not receive a response from us within the specified review timeframe, please double-check that you meet all eligibility requirements, supplement any missing mandatory information, and resubmit your full application.
