We use a very professional foam case to protect every Pango guitar. There are also 2-ply adhesive tape and Warning label outside the foam case.
In a word, we are the top professional factory in building the guitars or guitar kits! And we will use the most professional packing for each Pango guitar.
Shipping:
Once payment has been confirmed, your item will be shipped out in 2-3 business days. The tracking info will be added to your order. Normally it takes about 15~25 days to arrive by EMS express. If the Customs check and hold the package, it may take a few days, 2 weeks or more.
About faster way, UPS & Fedex available! about 10 days to door, the extra cost is US$30.
All the hardware are the same with our photos, our workers will check all the parts carefully for 3 times, so there is no packing list or shipping list in the package. hope for your understanding.
Carrier:
We can offer you 2 shipping ways: EMS, UPS/Fedex/DHL.
For EMS, the shipping time is usually about 25 days.
For UPS/Fedex/DHL, the shipping time is just 10~15 days.

If the carrier is UPS, no updates before it arrives in USA. Once it arrived in America, you can track it at UPS system then. All the tracking info is offered to us by the UPS Shanghai station, no worry about the tracking number authenticity in our store.
Return & Exchange:
If you are not happy with our porducts, please contact us in 7 days once receipt, so that we can arrange for an exchange or return. After getting the returned item, we will refund you all the money.
The foam case / carton packing must be the same as the original. For the return shipping fee, pls contact us for the details. We will stand behind our products, no worry about anything in our store.
Custom Design Guitar & Kit
Any designs and changes are usually OK for us and the minimum order quantity is just 1 pc. You just need to collect all the details you want and send them to our custom team. For a new and unique design shape guitar, a hand drawing is even OK for us.
For custom guitars and kits, they may be not as good as a fixed guitar model in our store, there may be some imperfections, more or less. Once ready, we will take many pics, so that you can check every detail. If you don't like it or something wrong, we can make a new one for you or refund you all the money directly.
About the building time, it is usually about 75 days now. Sometimes, we may need a few more days for some complex guitars or kits. If you can not wait, just tell us, we can cancel your order and refund you directly. Any cases are very terrible issues in our store, and they are not necessary
Kit Building Guide:
About all our DIY guitar kits, all the details are the same with the photos (if the kit has a veneer, there is surely some difference. If need, we can take some photos of the kit you will receive and send them to your email before we ship it out).
We build guitars since 1987, we think we know how to build a perfect guitar, only some diagrams or instructions can not help you much in fact. We will offer you a professional PDF book, pls contact us by email and we will send it to you.
We don't offer the wiring diagrams or shipping list in any kit pacakge, as you can usually find the wiring diagram of your kit in our store, pls check the following link:

If you can not read the wiring diagrams, we can make a pre-wired pickups and control set, and take some pics and send them to your email. You just need to copy our works, very easy. If you like, we can sell one set to you, you just need to pay the shipping fee and packing fee, US$30 only.

Complaint:
If something wrong with your kit, just contact us by emails, we will do our best to help you. Any negative words are not necessary in our store. We have a big confidence in our quality, service and support.
We don't deal any issues on Facebook, YouTube and Tik Tok. But if we found any fake and terrible comments and posts on any sociel media, we are glad to share all your words, photos on any public page. In a word, we are glad to invite all the professional luthiers, fans, all the DIY kit word and guitar world to make a fair and professioanl review and comment, supervise our services and support.
Case / Disputes
Any cases or disputes are very terrible issues in our store, and they are not necessary. As we promised, we will do our best for every guitar and kit building, and we will do our best to help you for any issues.
If you don't trust us and choose to open a case, as a result, our sales or custom team have no right to offer you any help or reply your emails, and all your emails, words and photos will be sent to our Risk Department, which will deal with your case on PayPal.
