My excellent experience Megan with alice and Janice. They got requirements and confirmed each step. I got regular reports and received my guitar within a week or two or initial delivery date. I think that is excellent given that its coming thousands of miles. The construction and finish are particularly nice and it came with a terrific fret prep.
Alice was great to work with and super accommodating. I couldn't be more pleased.
