Dear Dominick DeMace,
Thank you for reaching out to Pango Music via www.guitarkit.shop, and for your interest in our Semi Hollow Body Small Size ES-335 DIY Electric Guitar Kit (PES335-59). We have clearly received your request for the body-and-neck-only version of this kit (no hardware included), priced at $175.
We are pleased to confirm that we can fully accommodate this request. We will adjust the inventory setting for this hardware-free configuration on our website, and you will be able to complete your purchase directly once the adjustment is finished.
To clarify why this option was not publicly available: we temporarily removed the hardware-free listing to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and extra costs for our customers. Previously, a number of customers mistakenly purchased this version without realizing it excluded hardware, which led to shipping delays when we sent follow-up confirmation emails with slow or no response, and left some customers needing to place additional orders for hardware with separate shipping fees after delivery.
Our dedicated support team will contact you directly via email very shortly. They will share the exclusive direct purchase link once the inventory adjustment is complete, and confirm all relevant details with you to ensure a smooth ordering process.
Please rest assured that we offer full support throughout the process and will respond promptly to any inquiries. Should any issues arise related to product quality or shipping, we will take full responsibility and ensure they are resolved to your satisfaction.
If you have any additional questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Best regards,
Alice
