Shipping took a long time but is understandable considering the distance it traveled and the packaging was top notch so we were grateful. Great quality, no missing parts and a lot of fun. The customer service was super responsive by email with any questions we had and seemed very willing to help out. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

As someone who's been playing guitar for 20+ years, I didn't have super high hopes for a DIY kit at this price point — but this PRS-719 completely exceeded my expectations.
The flamed maple top has beautiful, consistent grain, and the mahogany body and neck feel solid and well-crafted. The set-in neck fit perfectly straight out of the packaging, with almost no extra sanding or adjustment needed. The rosewood fretboard with the classic bird inlays looks clean and sharp, and all the black hardware feels durable and high-quality — no ****, cheap-feeling parts here.
Assembly was straightforward enough that I finished the build over a single weekend, then added my own clear coat finish. The dual humbuckers deliver a really impressive tone: warm and full on clean settings, with nice thick crunch when you push the gain. It's got that classic PRS-style warmth that I was hoping for.
Packaging was top-notch, every part was padded and protected, so nothing arrived **** or missing. Shipping to British Columbia was right on schedule, and the tracking updates were reliable the whole way.
If you're on the fence about a DIY guitar project, this kit is absolutely worth it. The finished guitar plays and looks like it should cost twice as much. I've already recommended it to a few friends in my local guitar group.

I honestly thought I’d be waiting a whole month for this—never expected it to turn up early! The bird-shaped inlays on the fretboard are absolutely gorgeous, and I’m chuffed to bits with them. This is going to be my very first build project of 2026, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!!!
