Custom Headstock (MOQ 1!)—Pango Nailed Every Little Detail!

Shoutout to Pango for making my custom guitar dream happen! I wanted a unique headstock design, and even with an MOQ of 1, they didn’t cut corners. We went back and forth with 2 quick sketches to get it right, and when the kit arrived in Canada 2 months later, the headstock looked exactly like my drawing. Every edge was smooth, no rough spots, and the packaging was so thick, it survived a rainy delivery day. My musician friends can’t believe it’s a custom build from a kit!

Is this design indeed a bolt-on neck like it says or is it a set neck? Because I do not see the neck screws pictured with the rest of the hardware. Thanks in advance!

Guitar Kit Shop

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding our PTM-086 guitar kit. We are pleased to provide clear and definitive clarifications to your questions below:
--First and foremost, to address your core question: this model indeed features a bolt-on neck design, exactly as advertised in our listing. It is not a set neck or one-piece integrated construction.

In addition, we offer a complimentary pre-drilling service for the neck mounting holes at no extra cost, should you require this assistance.
Please rest assured that we offer full support throughout the process and will respond promptly to any inquiries. Should any issues arise related to product quality or shipping, we will take full responsibility and ensure they are resolved to your satisfaction.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
