Completed Guitar & Building Photos, Based on PES335-54 Guitar Kit, Made by Keith Gramling (USA)

"I wasn't sure where to leave a review. Here is what I would say in it:

The ES 335 is the first guitar I have built. The guitar arrived in very secure packaging and I noticed that all of the parts were neatly packaged to avoid scratches. All of the parts were included. The body and neck are matched so there was no need for shims. 
This guitar is more challenging than a solid body but well worth the time and effort because it sounds great. After I accidentally sanded through the banding, I contacted the company and they courteously sent replacement banding very quickly so I didnt lose time with the build. Rather than a nitrocellulose finish, I used a water based dye, grain filler, sanding sealer, and top coat from Crystalac. 
Friends are astonished with the quality of the guitar and I would recommend this kit to anyone. I am currently working on an LP and also an SG from Pango both with the same high quality.
