1. What does PANGO MUSIC do？
Pango Music is a guitar factory in China, we have our own professional guitar factory and warehouses. Our main products: Electric guitar, Bass, DIY Guitar kit, Banjo, Mandolin. We make guitars and kits for many famous brands, companies and stores. By our service and support, we help many stores, luthier and guitar works build a successful guitar business in the world! If need, we can make any guitar and kit for you, the minimum order quantity is just 1 pc.
 
2. Where are you from?
We are in China, we have our own guitar factory and warehouses. Pango Music guitar factory located in Weifang city, China, workshops covering more than 5000 square meters, 75 employees. We also have a long great partnership with 300+ top musical instrument manufacturers.
 
3. How can I do a big business with you?
Please contact us by email, we are glad to have a talk with you. We are interested in any new business chance and challenge. 
 
4. How can I get a custom design guitar or other musical instrument?
Any changes and designs are usually OK for us, and the minimum order quantity is just 1 pc. Pls offer us your email, our custom team will contact you by emails in 24 hours.

5. Can I cancel my order and get a full refund if I was not satisfied with the finished custom design product?
Yes, it is surely OK for us! If you were not satisfied with the completed custom product, just tell us directly, we can make a new one or refund you all the money. No extra cost.

6. Something wrong with my product, what should I do now?
We are sorry for this issue, but please don't worry, please tell us all the issues by emails, our support team can usually reply you and offer you a solution in 24 hours.

7. The tracking number is not correct, no updates, how can I track my order?
We have more than 20 years international shipping experience. The shipping companies in our store, are usually China EMS and UPS. By EMS, the shipping time is usually about 25 days. By UPS, the shipping time is usually about 15 days.

8.What payment methods are available in your store?
Paypal and credit card. For credit card payments, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB are available in our store.

9. What is unfulfilled?
It means that we are still working on your order, the product you bought has not been shipped out. Once we shipped it out, all the tracking info will be sent to your email. Please don't worry.

10.When will my order be shipped out?
For every order, our handing time is usually 3~4 days. Once we shipped it out, all the tracking info will be sent to your email. For more details, pls contact us by emails: info@pangomusic.com

11. I can not wait, I want to cancel my order.
We are sorry for the shipping delay, and thanks for your business and trust anyway. If your order status is unfulfilled (we have not shipped out), we will cancel your order and refund you all the money in 12 hours, please don't worry.
If your order status is fulfilled, it means that we have paid the shipping fee and China Customs taxes, your product is on the way. All the tracking info should have been sent to your email already, please check your emails carefully, thanks.
