Shipping Instructions

For USA & Canada market customers, by UPS/Fedex/ DHL, the shipping time to door are 10~15 days. very fast, and you can track it anytime.

By EMS, the shipping time are usually 20~25 days. You can track it anytime. As COVID-19 and the Customs work, the shipping is a little slow than before. but EMS is always working well, no worry about this. Any questions or needs, just tell us anytime, we will do our best to help you anytime. 

For Europe market customers, when you get to the payment page, we recommend you to choose the EMS as the carrier, the shipping time are usually about 20~25 days. almost no shipping delay for Europe market, but it may happen sometimes. For faster way, just choose UPS/Fedex/DHL, and pls also offer us your VAT number if you have one.

Our working time: 9:00 am~10:00 pm (Beijing time).During this time, we will reply you immediately. For the other time, our reply may be a little slow, hope for your understanding.
